Our Monitoring Service

Zest : trak™ Emergency Operator

With Zest tracking's monitoring service, all you need is a GPS tracking device. Zest tracking will monitor your device 24 hours a day, seven days a week and will be able to inform a designated person exactly where you are when your device alerts us. Your designated person will also be able to contact us to find out where you are.

There is no need for your designated person to have a computer; they just need a telephone or mobile for us to contact them in an emergency.

The GPS tracking device can come in several models- as a Ranger, Lite and mobile or even a customised Ranger designed especially for your needs. Zest tracking will handle any events according to your instructions. All support such as setting up contacts, boundaries and alarms is given over the telephone.

How does it work?

  1. We provide the chosen GPS tracking device.
  2. We call you to confirm that we can see your GPS tracking device on our system.
  3. We set up your name and password so that your information is secure.
  4. We ask you for the contact details of the people you want us to contact in an emergency, and the conditions under which you would want them to be contacted.
  5. We explain and set up the boundaries*, speed alarms** etc.
  6. We provide you with a 24 hour emergency telephone number and our customer service number.

All your information will be available to the duty officer and their support team under secure conditions. If at any time you want to change your details you can simply call us on our customer service number and we will make the changes for you.


* Boundaries are 'virtual fences' that can be set up so that should a tracker go beyond that boundary a duty officer would be alerted.

**In the event that the GPS tracker should go above a specified speed the duty officer will be alerted.
